King David brought the Ark back to Jerusalem to centralize Israel’s worship of Jehovah God in this City. But David wanted to do more. He dreamt of perpetuating this legacy of worship by building a temple for his God in Jerusalem. God decided that this honor should go to his son Solomon. But David dreamt, nevertheless, to honor God in a big way. In 5 more years – KY would celebrate its 100 Anniversary. What great dream can we bring to past to honor our God in a big way by the year KY turns 100? The dream should begin now. Dream big dreams….for His Glory!
1) Ask God to put a big dream in our heart to honor Him in a big way by the time KY turns 100. Ask God to confirm to the leaders the dream which KY is to follow to bring it to past through God’s enabling. Nothing is impossible for God.
2) Ask God to help us transform this dream to become a vision which can be articulated clearly and forcefully, so that KY people will be motivated to run with the vision and pursue it until completion.
3) Ask God to open our eyes to see clearly His ways for KY. Open our ears to listen attentively to what He says. Stir our heart and will to obey and do whatever He says to us; whatever it takes to make the dream come true.
